The AIKO Neostar 3S AIKO-A495-MCE54Mb is a high-efficiency 495W N-type BC mono-glass solar panel designed for premium residential rooftop systems. It delivers 24.8% module efficiency in a compact 1762 × 1134 × 30 mm format, combining high power density with AIKO’s clean back-contact cell design.
Its 3.2 mm tempered glass, high-weather-resistant backsheet, partial-shading optimisation and strong temperature performance make it a practical choice where roof space, appearance and long-term energy yield are priorities.

AIKO’s N-type back-contact architecture moves electrical contacts away from the visible front surface, helping improve light utilisation while creating a cleaner module appearance.
The Neostar 3S platform also incorporates partial-shading optimisation, micro-crack resistance and high-temperature restriction features to support reliable rooftop performance.
With dimensions of 1762 × 1134 mm and a weight of 20.6 kg, the Neostar 3S is compact for a 495W module.
In practical rooftop installations, it can suit:

All our products are covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty, which guarantees that they will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. Warranty Claim Process
In the unfortunate event that you encounter a faulty product, we want to make the warranty claim process as seamless as possible for you. To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
If damage is confirmed to be from normal wear-and-tear, drops, unauthorized repairs, or other non-warranty factors, service and shipping fees will apply. In such cases, we will contact the customer for approval before proceeding with paid repairs.
Unfortunately we cannot provide loaner units during the warranty repair process. For mission-critical equipment, we highly recommend purchasing backup units to prevent downtime in case of defects.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you thoroughly inspect all packages within 7 days of delivery. This inspection period is crucial as it allows you ample time to identify any visible damage caused during transit. Please keep in mind that promptly reporting any freight damage is vital in safeguarding your right to file a claim and ensuring a swift resolution.
Should you identify any freight damage during the inspection, we urge you to notify us immediately. Our customer support team is ready to assist you through the claim filing process and provide the necessary guidance to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
The advertised price for this product includes the applicable STC battery rebate, applied as a pre-discount at the time of purchase.
To be eligible for the battery rebate:
Supply-only purchases are not eligible for the battery rebate.
By proceeding with this purchase, the customer agrees to assign all eligible Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs) associated with the battery installation to Solar Battery Supermarket (or its nominated agent).
This assignment allows the rebate to be applied as a point-of-sale discount.
If the customer does not agree to assign the STCs, the full non-rebated price of the battery system will apply.
Installation by a licensed and accredited installer is mandatory to qualify for the rebate-adjusted price.
Standard metro installation is available from $500, subject to property assessment.
Additional works (including switchboard upgrades, long cable runs, or non-standard installations) may incur extra charges and will be quoted and approved prior to installation.
