The SOLIS + HGNESS energy storage solution combines the SOLIS S6-EH3P(10β29.9)K-H-AU three-phase hybrid inverter series with HGNESS high-voltage LiFePOβ battery storage. Designed for commercial and larger energy-storage applications, the system integrates solar generation, battery storage and intelligent energy management in one scalable solution.
With SOLIS hybrid inverter options from 10kW to 29.9kW and modular HGNESS battery storage from 15.36kWh to 61.44kWh, the system can be configured around different power and energy requirements.
The SOLIS S6-EH3P(10β29.9)K-H-AU series provides the power-conversion and energy-management platform for the system, coordinating PV generation, battery storage, grid supply and connected loads.
Available inverter capacities include:
10kW / 15kW / 20kW / 29.9kW (To see more details for each inverter, click here.)
This range allows the inverter capacity to be selected according to the property's solar array, load profile, battery configuration and backup requirements.
HGNESS uses a modular high-voltage architecture built around 51.2V / 5.12kWh LiFePOβ battery modules. Starting with three modules, the system can be expanded up to 12 modules for a total usable storage capacity of 61.44kWh.Β
| Battery Modules | Usable Capacity |
|---|---|
| 3 | 15.36 kWh |
| 4 | 20.48 kWh |
| 5 | 25.60 kWh |
| 6 | 30.72 kWh |
| 7 | 35.84 kWh |
| 8 | 40.96 kWh |
| 9 | 46.08 kWh |
| 10 | 51.20 kWh |
| 11 | 56.32 kWh |
| 12 | 61.44 kWh |
This modular approach allows storage capacity to be selected for current energy requirements while providing flexibility for future system expansion.
The SOLIS + HGNESS combination is designed to make better use of solar generation throughout the day. Excess solar energy can be directed to battery storage for later use, helping increase solar self-consumption and reduce reliance on grid electricity.
For sites with time-of-use electricity tariffs, stored energy can also support strategies such as charging and discharging around different tariff periods and reducing peak grid demand.
As a hybrid solar and storage solution, the system can be configured to provide backup power for selected loads during grid outages. Actual backup capacity and operating time will depend on the inverter configuration, battery capacity, connected loads and system design.
Larger HGNESS configurations provide more stored energy, allowing the system designer to balance backup duration against the site's normal energy requirements.
The HGNESS battery system uses LiFePOβ cells with all-round BMS protection and PACK-level fire protection. Its IP66-rated enclosure supports indoor and outdoor installation, while the floor-mounted, anti-dumping structure provides a stable installation platform.
Battery communication supports CAN, RS485 and Wi-Fi, with natural cooling used across the series.

HGNESS Battery Warranty: 10 Years
Cycle Life: β₯6,000 Cycles
The cycle-life figure is based on specified test conditions of 25Β°C, 95% DoD, 0.2C charge and discharge, and 70% end-of-life capacity. Warranty conditions apply.
The SOLIS + HGNESS combination provides a flexible path from a 10kW hybrid system through to larger 29.9kW installations, with battery storage scalable from 15.36kWh to 61.44kWh.
Rather than fixing the system to a single inverter and battery size, different configurations can be selected around the site's solar generation, energy consumption and storage requirementsβmaking it particularly suitable for commercial projects where both power demand and required storage capacity can vary significantly.

All our products are covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty, which guarantees that they will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. The specific terms and duration of the warranty may vary depending on the product and the manufacturer. Please refer to the product's documentation or contact our customer support team for detailed warranty information.
Warranty Claim Process
In the unfortunate event that you encounter a faulty product, we want to make the warranty claim process as seamless as possible for you. To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
If damage is confirmed to be from normal wear-and-tear, drops, unauthorized repairs, or other non-warranty factors, service and shipping fees will apply. In such cases, we will contact the customer for approval before proceeding with paid repairs.
Unfortunately we cannot provide loaner units during the warranty repair process. For mission-critical equipment, we highly recommend purchasing backup units to prevent downtime in case of defects.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you thoroughly inspect all packages within 7 days of delivery. This inspection period is crucial as it allows you ample time to identify any visible damage caused during transit. Please keep in mind that promptly reporting any freight damage is vital in safeguarding your right to file a claim and ensuring a swift resolution.
Should you identify any freight damage during the inspection, we urge you to notify us immediately. Our customer support team is ready to assist you through the claim filing process and provide the necessary guidance to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
The advertised price for this product includes the applicable STC battery rebate, applied as a pre-discount at the time of purchase.
To be eligible for the battery rebate:
Supply-only purchases are not eligible for the battery rebate.
By proceeding with this purchase, the customer agrees to assign all eligible Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs) associated with the battery installation to Solar Battery Supermarket (or its nominated agent).
This assignment allows the rebate to be applied as a point-of-sale discount.
If the customer does not agree to assign the STCs, the full non-rebated price of the battery system will apply.
Installation by a licensed and accredited installer is mandatory to qualify for the rebate-adjusted price.
Standard metro installation is available from $500, subject to property assessment.
Additional works (including switchboard upgrades, long cable runs, or non-standard installations) may incur extra charges and will be quoted and approved prior to installation.
To assess eligibility and proceed with installation, the customer may be required to provide:
Failure to provide required information may delay installation or affect rebate eligibility.
This rebate offer does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
