The Jinko Tiger Neo III 475W JKM475N-48QL6-DV is a premium high-efficiency residential solar panel built on JinkoSolar's latest N-Type TOPCon platform.
Delivering 475W output and 23.77% module efficiency, the Tiger Neo III combines excellent low-light generation, improved high-temperature performance and durable dual-glass construction in a compact residential format.
JinkoSolar specifically launched its 48-cell Tiger Neo 3.0 platform for Australian distributed rooftop applications, highlighting efficiency and improved low-light generation.
The datasheet specifically highlights higher front-side power, optimised heat resistance and improved performance under low-light conditions.
The 475W Tiger Neo III achieves an impressive 23.77% module efficiency, allowing more solar generation from a relatively compact roof area.
At STC, the 475W model provides:
| Specification | JKM475N-48QL6-DV |
|---|---|
| Maximum Power | 475W |
| Module Efficiency | 23.77% |
| Maximum Power Voltage (Vmp) | 31.11V |
| Maximum Power Current (Imp) | 15.27A |
| Open Circuit Voltage (Voc) | 36.42V |
| Short Circuit Current (Isc) | 15.86A |
| Maximum System Voltage | 1500V DC |
| Maximum Series Fuse | 30A |

One of the major advantages of the Tiger Neo III is its performance outside ideal midday conditions.
Jinko states that its enhanced cell structure provides superior module performance under low-light conditions, helping maintain generation during cloudy weather and lower irradiance periods.
JinkoSolar also describes Tiger Neo 3.0 TOPCon technology as providing improved generation under low irradiance, including cloudy conditions and dawn/dusk.
Solar panels naturally lose some output as cell temperatures increase. The Tiger Neo III's excellent -0.26%/Β°C Pmax temperature coefficient helps minimise these losses during hot conditions.
Temperature coefficients:
The module's normal operating range is -40Β°C to +70Β°C, with the datasheet noting short-term operation up to 85Β°C subject to specified requirements.
Unlike conventional glass/backsheet modules, the Tiger Neo III uses a durable dual-glass structure.
Construction:
The module measures just 1762 Γ 1134 Γ 30mm and weighs 24.4kg.
The Tiger Neo III is designed to withstand demanding environmental conditions with certified maximum static test loads of:
Front: 5400Pa
Rear: 2400Pa
The Tiger Neo III is designed around very low long-term degradation:
Year 1: 1% degradation
Years 2β30: 0.35% annual degradation
Year 30: 88.85% warranted power output
The supplied datasheet specifies a 25-year product warranty and 30-year linear power warranty.
At 1762mm Γ 1134mm, this panel is shorter than many high-wattage residential modules while still producing 475W.
That combination of compact dimensions and 23.77% efficiency makes it particularly attractive where usable roof space is limited.
The Jinko Tiger Neo III 475W is an excellent premium residential panel for customers looking for high output, excellent efficiency and strong performance across varying Australian conditions.
Its combination of 475W output, 23.77% efficiency, N-Type TOPCon cells, dual-glass construction, excellent low-light performance and -0.26%/Β°C temperature coefficient makes it a very competitive residential module.
Ideal for: Residential rooftops β’ Limited roof space β’ Hot climates β’ Low-light conditions β’ Premium solar installations
All our products are covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty, which guarantees that they will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. The specific terms and duration of the warranty may vary depending on the product and the manufacturer. Warranty Claim Process
In the unfortunate event that you encounter a faulty product, we want to make the warranty claim process as seamless as possible for you. To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
If damage is confirmed to be from normal wear-and-tear, drops, unauthorized repairs, or other non-warranty factors, service and shipping fees will apply. In such cases, we will contact the customer for approval before proceeding with paid repairs.
Unfortunately we cannot provide loaner units during the warranty repair process. For mission-critical equipment, we highly recommend purchasing backup units to prevent downtime in case of defects.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you thoroughly inspect all packages within 7 days of delivery. This inspection period is crucial as it allows you ample time to identify any visible damage caused during transit. Please keep in mind that promptly reporting any freight damage is vital in safeguarding your right to file a claim and ensuring a swift resolution.
Should you identify any freight damage during the inspection, we urge you to notify us immediately. Our customer support team is ready to assist you through the claim filing process and provide the necessary guidance to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
The advertised price for this product includes the applicable STC battery rebate, applied as a pre-discount at the time of purchase.
To be eligible for the battery rebate:
Supply-only purchases are not eligible for the battery rebate.
By proceeding with this purchase, the customer agrees to assign all eligible Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs) associated with the battery installation to Solar Battery Supermarket (or its nominated agent).
This assignment allows the rebate to be applied as a point-of-sale discount.
If the customer does not agree to assign the STCs, the full non-rebated price of the battery system will apply.
Installation by a licensed and accredited installer is mandatory to qualify for the rebate-adjusted price.
Standard metro installation is available from $500, subject to property assessment.
Additional works (including switchboard upgrades, long cable runs, or non-standard installations) may incur extra charges and will be quoted and approved prior to installation.
To assess eligibility and proceed with installation, the customer may be required to provide:
Failure to provide required information may delay installation or affect rebate eligibility.
