The Jinko Tiger Neo III 510W is a high-performance N-Type TOPCon solar panel designed to deliver exceptional power density, efficiency and long-term reliability.
Part of JinkoSolar’s latest Tiger Neo III 51QL6-DV series, the JKM510N-51QL6-DV produces 510W from a relatively compact 1906 × 1134mm module while achieving an impressive 23.60% module efficiency. The module uses a mono-facial dual-glass construction for enhanced durability and long service life.

The Tiger Neo III platform uses JinkoSolar's enhanced N-Type TOPCon technology together with an optimised module layout to achieve a higher power class and capture more available sunlight.
Advanced metallisation and module encapsulation are designed to provide improved resistance against PID, LID/LeTID and UV degradation, supporting reliable performance throughout the module's operating life.
With 510W of rated output and 23.60% efficiency, the JKM510N-51QL6-DV delivers substantial solar capacity without requiring an oversized commercial-format panel.
At only 1906mm long and 1134mm wide, it is an attractive option where roof space needs to be used efficiently.
The Tiger Neo III features a low -0.26%/°C maximum-power temperature coefficient, helping reduce the impact of increasing cell temperatures on solar output.
JinkoSolar also specifies enhanced low-light performance, allowing the module to continue producing effectively during lower irradiance conditions.
Rather than a conventional glass-and-backsheet construction, the 51QL6-DV uses glass on both sides of the module.
The panel incorporates 1.6mm anti-reflection coated front glass and 1.6mm heat-strengthened rear glass, together with an anodised aluminium alloy frame and IP68-rated junction box.

Warranty Claim Process
In the unfortunate event that you encounter a faulty product, we want to make the warranty claim process as seamless as possible for you. To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
If damage is confirmed to be from normal wear-and-tear, drops, unauthorized repairs, or other non-warranty factors, service and shipping fees will apply. In such cases, we will contact the customer for approval before proceeding with paid repairs.
Unfortunately we cannot provide loaner units during the warranty repair process. For mission-critical equipment, we highly recommend purchasing backup units to prevent downtime in case of defects.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you thoroughly inspect all packages within 7 days of delivery. This inspection period is crucial as it allows you ample time to identify any visible damage caused during transit. Please keep in mind that promptly reporting any freight damage is vital in safeguarding your right to file a claim and ensuring a swift resolution.

The advertised price for this product includes the applicable STC battery rebate, applied as a pre-discount at the time of purchase.
To be eligible for the battery rebate:
Supply-only purchases are not eligible for the battery rebate.
By proceeding with this purchase, the customer agrees to assign all eligible Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs) associated with the battery installation to Solar Battery Supermarket (or its nominated agent).
This assignment allows the rebate to be applied as a point-of-sale discount.
If the customer does not agree to assign the STCs, the full non-rebated price of the battery system will apply.
Installation by a licensed and accredited installer is mandatory to qualify for the rebate-adjusted price.
Standard metro installation is available from $500, subject to property assessment.
Additional works (including switchboard upgrades, long cable runs, or non-standard installations) may incur extra charges and will be quoted and approved prior to installation.
