The SolaX X1-HYBRID-7.5-D G4 is the high-capacity 7.5kW model in the SolaX X1-HYBRID G4 single-phase hybrid inverter range.
Designed for larger residential solar and battery systems, it provides substantially greater solar input and backup capacity while retaining the intelligent battery and energy-management capabilities of the X1-HYBRID G4 platform.
For homes with larger electricity requirements, EV charging, substantial daytime consumption or larger rooftop solar arrays, the 7.5kW model provides an impressive recommended PV array capacity of up to 15kWp.
One of the standout features of the X1-HYBRID-7.5-D is its ability to support significant PV oversizing.
SolaX specifies a recommended PV array capacity of up to 15kWp — approximately twice the inverter's 7.5kW rated output.
PV specifications include:
The 16A MPPT input capability is designed to accommodate modern higher-power solar panels.
The X1-HYBRID-7.5-D provides 7,500W rated AC output power with a maximum continuous output current of 32.6A.
This makes it particularly attractive for larger single-phase homes where greater inverter output is required.
The inverter integrates directly with compatible lithium battery storage systems and supports:
This allows solar energy generated during the day to be stored and used when household demand increases or solar generation falls.
The 7.5kW model provides considerably greater backup capability than the smaller models in the range.
Its EPS output delivers:
The 150% short-duration peak output provides additional capacity for starting loads with higher initial power requirements.
The X1-HYBRID-7.5-D can intelligently manage solar generation, battery storage, household consumption and grid interaction.
Smart features include:
For homes combining solar, batteries and EV charging, these capabilities provide a foundation for an integrated home energy system.
Maximum conversion efficiency reaches 97.6%, with European efficiency rated at 97.0%.
The X1-HYBRID G4 platform also offers charging and discharging efficiency of up to 97%, helping retain more of the solar energy being transferred into and out of battery storage.
The inverter carries an IP65 ingress-protection rating and has a specified operating temperature range from -35°C to 60°C, with output derating above 45°C.
The 7.5kW model uses smart air cooling to help manage its higher power output.
Integrated protection features include:
The inverter range includes AS/NZS 4777 certification for the Australian market.

Both the 5kW and 7.5kW X1-HYBRID G4 models are designed as more than conventional solar inverters. They provide a platform for combining high-capacity rooftop solar, lithium battery storage, EPS backup power, smart loads and intelligent Time-of-Use energy management in one residential energy system.
For customers planning to add battery storage, EV charging or increase their future household electricity consumption, the X1-HYBRID G4 provides a flexible foundation that can grow with their energy requirements.
All our products are covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty, which guarantees that they will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. The specific terms and duration of the warranty may vary depending on the product and the manufacturer. Please refer to the product's documentation or contact our customer support team for detailed warranty information.
Warranty Claim Process
In the unfortunate event that you encounter a faulty product, we want to make the warranty claim process as seamless as possible for you. To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
If damage is confirmed to be from normal wear-and-tear, drops, unauthorized repairs, or other non-warranty factors, service and shipping fees will apply. In such cases, we will contact the customer for approval before proceeding with paid repairs.
Unfortunately we cannot provide loaner units during the warranty repair process. For mission-critical equipment, we highly recommend purchasing backup units to prevent downtime in case of defects.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you thoroughly inspect all packages within 7 days of delivery. This inspection period is crucial as it allows you ample time to identify any visible damage caused during transit. Please keep in mind that promptly reporting any freight damage is vital in safeguarding your right to file a claim and ensuring a swift resolution.
Should you identify any freight damage during the inspection, we urge you to notify us immediately. Our customer support team is ready to assist you through the claim filing process and provide the necessary guidance to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
The advertised price for this product includes the applicable STC battery rebate, applied as a pre-discount at the time of purchase.
To be eligible for the battery rebate:
Supply-only purchases are not eligible for the battery rebate.
By proceeding with this purchase, the customer agrees to assign all eligible Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs) associated with the battery installation to Solar Battery Supermarket (or its nominated agent).
This assignment allows the rebate to be applied as a point-of-sale discount.
If the customer does not agree to assign the STCs, the full non-rebated price of the battery system will apply.
Installation by a licensed and accredited installer is mandatory to qualify for the rebate-adjusted price.
Standard metro installation is available from $500, subject to property assessment.
Additional works (including switchboard upgrades, long cable runs, or non-standard installations) may incur extra charges and will be quoted and approved prior to installation.
To assess eligibility and proceed with installation, the customer may be required to provide:
Failure to provide required information may delay installation or affect rebate eligibility.
This rebate offer does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
