The SolaX X3-HYBRID G4 is a powerful three-phase residential hybrid inverter designed to combine solar generation, battery storage, grid power and backup functionality within one intelligent energy management platform.
Available in 5kW, 6kW, 8kW, 10kW, 12kW and 15kW models, the X3-HYBRID G4 offers up to 200% PV oversizing, high-voltage battery compatibility, three-phase unbalanced output and fast EPS backup switching.
With IP65 protection, smart load management and support for lithium and lead-acid batteries, the X3-HYBRID G4 is designed for modern residential solar and battery installations requiring greater flexibility and energy independence.

The X3-HYBRID G4 provides an integrated platform for managing solar PV, battery storage and grid electricity.
Its hybrid architecture allows solar energy to be used within the home, directed to compatible battery storage or exported according to the configured energy management strategy.
The inverter also provides dedicated EPS off-grid output when used with a battery, with a switchover time of less than 10ms.
One of the major advantages of the X3-HYBRID G4 is its ability to accommodate significantly larger solar arrays relative to the inverter's rated AC output.
SolaX specifies up to 200% PV oversizing across the range.

Warranty Claim Process
In the unfortunate event that you encounter a faulty product, we want to make the warranty claim process as seamless as possible for you. To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
If damage is confirmed to be from normal wear-and-tear, drops, unauthorized repairs, or other non-warranty factors, service and shipping fees will apply. In such cases, we will contact the customer for approval before proceeding with paid repairs.
Unfortunately we cannot provide loaner units during the warranty repair process. For mission-critical equipment, we highly recommend purchasing backup units to prevent downtime in case of defects.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you thoroughly inspect all packages within 7 days of delivery. This inspection period is crucial as it allows you ample time to identify any visible damage caused during transit. Please keep in mind that promptly reporting any freight damage is vital in safeguarding your right to file a claim and ensuring a swift resolution.
Should you identify any freight damage during the inspection, we urge you to notify us immediately. Our customer support team is ready to assist you through the claim filing process and provide the necessary guidance to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
The advertised price for this product includes the applicable STC battery rebate, applied as a pre-discount at the time of purchase.
To be eligible for the battery rebate:
Supply-only purchases are not eligible for the battery rebate.
By proceeding with this purchase, the customer agrees to assign all eligible Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs) associated with the battery installation to Solar Battery Supermarket (or its nominated agent).
This assignment allows the rebate to be applied as a point-of-sale discount.
If the customer does not agree to assign the STCs, the full non-rebated price of the battery system will apply.
Installation by a licensed and accredited installer is mandatory to qualify for the rebate-adjusted price.
Standard metro installation is available from $500, subject to property assessment.
Additional works (including switchboard upgrades, long cable runs, or non-standard installations) may incur extra charges and will be quoted and approved prior to installation.
