Integrated protection includes DC reverse-polarity protection, short-circuit protection, output over-current protection, DC Type II and AC Type II surge protection, grid monitoring, anti-islanding protection and temperature protection.
Optional AFCI 2.0 and PID recovery add further protection and long-term performance support for larger PV installations.
Complies with AS/NZS 4777.2:2020, IEC 62116, IEC 61727, IEC 60068, IEC 61683 and EN 50530, together with applicable IEC 62109-1/-2 and IEC 61000-6-1/-2/-3/-4 requirements.
The S5-GC30K-AU is built for larger grid-connected solar systems that need more flexibility, stronger monitoring and higher PV capacity than a typical residential inverter.
Its four MPPTs, eight-string capability, 32A input current per MPPT and intelligent string diagnostics make it particularly suitable for commercial rooftops and multi-orientation arrays where system performance and fault visibility are important.
All our products are covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty, which guarantees that they will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. The specific terms and duration of the warranty may vary depending on the product and the manufacturer. Please refer to the product's documentation or contact our customer support team for detailed warranty information.
Warranty Claim Process
In the unfortunate event that you encounter a faulty product, we want to make the warranty claim process as seamless as possible for you. To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
If damage is confirmed to be from normal wear-and-tear, drops, unauthorized repairs, or other non-warranty factors, service and shipping fees will apply. In such cases, we will contact the customer for approval before proceeding with paid repairs.
Unfortunately we cannot provide loaner units during the warranty repair process. For mission-critical equipment, we highly recommend purchasing backup units to prevent downtime in case of defects.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you thoroughly inspect all packages within 7 days of delivery. This inspection period is crucial as it allows you ample time to identify any visible damage caused during transit. Please keep in mind that promptly reporting any freight damage is vital in safeguarding your right to file a claim and ensuring a swift resolution.
Should you identify any freight damage during the inspection, we urge you to notify us immediately. Our customer support team is ready to assist you through the claim filing process and provide the necessary guidance to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
The advertised price for this product includes the applicable STC battery rebate, applied as a pre-discount at the time of purchase.
To be eligible for the battery rebate:
Supply-only purchases are not eligible for the battery rebate.
By proceeding with this purchase, the customer agrees to assign all eligible Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs) associated with the battery installation to Solar Battery Supermarket (or its nominated agent).
This assignment allows the rebate to be applied as a point-of-sale discount.
If the customer does not agree to assign the STCs, the full non-rebated price of the battery system will apply.
Installation by a licensed and accredited installer is mandatory to qualify for the rebate-adjusted price.
Standard metro installation is available from $500, subject to property assessment.
Additional works (including switchboard upgrades, long cable runs, or non-standard installations) may incur extra charges and will be quoted and approved prior to installation.
To assess eligibility and proceed with installation, the customer may be required to provide:
Failure to provide required information may delay installation or affect rebate eligibility.
