Both models support modern high-power PV modules and flexible rooftop layouts through dual MPPTs and high-current PV inputs.
Maximum recommended PV array size is:
S6-EH3P10K02-NV-YD-L-AU: 20kW
S6-EH3P12K02-NV-YD-L-AU: 24kW
The low-voltage battery platform supports lithium-ion and lead-acid batteries from 40β60V. Maximum charge/discharge current reaches 220A on the 10kW model and 250A on the 12kW model, with two battery ports available for flexible storage configuration.
Both models switch to backup operation in less than 10ms and can provide up to twice their rated apparent power for 10 seconds. This additional short-duration capacity helps support startup loads such as motors, pumps and air-conditioning equipment.
Generator input is also supported, with maximum generator power matching the inverter rating: 10kW for the 10kW model and 12kW for the 12kW model.
The Solarator platform supports DC and AC coupling, customisable battery backup levels, PV-only off-grid operation and parallel expansion of up to six units.
AI-powered and VPP-ready functionality provides additional flexibility for energy optimisation, while the 7-inch LCD, Wi-Fi, LAN and Bluetooth connectivity simplify local operation and system monitoring.

All our products are covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty, which guarantees that they will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. The specific terms and duration of the warranty may vary depending on the product and the manufacturer. Please refer to the product's documentation or contact our customer support team for detailed warranty information.
Warranty Claim Process
In the unfortunate event that you encounter a faulty product, we want to make the warranty claim process as seamless as possible for you. To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
If damage is confirmed to be from normal wear-and-tear, drops, unauthorized repairs, or other non-warranty factors, service and shipping fees will apply. In such cases, we will contact the customer for approval before proceeding with paid repairs.
Unfortunately we cannot provide loaner units during the warranty repair process. For mission-critical equipment, we highly recommend purchasing backup units to prevent downtime in case of defects.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you thoroughly inspect all packages within 7 days of delivery. This inspection period is crucial as it allows you ample time to identify any visible damage caused during transit. Please keep in mind that promptly reporting any freight damage is vital in safeguarding your right to file a claim and ensuring a swift resolution.
