The Sungrow SH-T range is a high-performance three phase hybrid inverter platform designed for larger residential properties and high-energy solar and battery installations.
Available in 15kW, 20kW and 25kW models, the range combines high-capacity solar input, three independent MPPTs, high-voltage battery compatibility, 50A fast battery charging and discharging, whole-home backup and 100% unbalanced output capability.
The SH15T, SH20T and SH25T share the same core hybrid platform, allowing customers to select the inverter size that best matches their solar array, battery system and household energy requirements.

The Sungrow SH-T range combines solar generation, battery storage and backup functionality within a single three-phase inverter.
Choose from:
SH15T – 15,000W rated AC output
SH20T – 20,000W rated AC output
SH25T – 25,000W rated AC output
All three models support three-phase operation at 220/380V, 230/400V or 240/415V.
The SH-T series provides substantial PV input capacity, making it suitable for large rooftop solar systems.
Maximum PV input varies by model:
SH15T – up to 30,000Wp
SH20T – up to 40,000Wp
SH25T – up to 50,000Wp
The range also supports a maximum PV input voltage of 1,000V, with an MPPT operating range of 150–950V and 180V startup voltage.
The SH15T, SH20T and SH25T feature three independent MPPT trackers, providing greater flexibility when designing large solar arrays across multiple roof orientations.

The SH-T range incorporates a built-in 63A bypass for whole-home backup applications.
During a grid outage, the inverter can transition to backup operation in less than 10 milliseconds, helping maintain power to connected backup loads.

This additional short-duration capacity can help accommodate equipment and appliances with high startup power requirements.
The SH-T range supports 100% unbalanced output in both on-grid and backup modes.
This is particularly useful for three-phase properties where household loads are not evenly distributed across each phase.

The supplied datasheet shows the SH15T uses natural convection cooling with typical noise of 35dB(A), while the SH20T and SH25T use fan cooling with typical noise of 50dB(A).

Warranty Claim Process
In the unfortunate event that you encounter a faulty product, we want to make the warranty claim process as seamless as possible for you. To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
If damage is confirmed to be from normal wear-and-tear, drops, unauthorized repairs, or other non-warranty factors, service and shipping fees will apply. In such cases, we will contact the customer for approval before proceeding with paid repairs.
Unfortunately we cannot provide loaner units during the warranty repair process. For mission-critical equipment, we highly recommend purchasing backup units to prevent downtime in case of defects.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you thoroughly inspect all packages within 7 days of delivery. This inspection period is crucial as it allows you ample time to identify any visible damage caused during transit. Please keep in mind that promptly reporting any freight damage is vital in safeguarding your right to file a claim and ensuring a swift resolution.

The advertised price for this product includes the applicable STC battery rebate, applied as a pre-discount at the time of purchase.
To be eligible for the battery rebate:
Supply-only purchases are not eligible for the battery rebate.
By proceeding with this purchase, the customer agrees to assign all eligible Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs) associated with the battery installation to Solar Battery Supermarket (or its nominated agent).
This assignment allows the rebate to be applied as a point-of-sale discount.
If the customer does not agree to assign the STCs, the full non-rebated price of the battery system will apply.
Installation by a licensed and accredited installer is mandatory to qualify for the rebate-adjusted price.
Standard metro installation is available from $500, subject to property assessment.
Additional works (including switchboard upgrades, long cable runs, or non-standard installations) may incur extra charges and will be quoted and approved prior to installation.
