The AIKO Neostar 2P AIKO-A475-MAH54Mw is a high-efficiency 475W N-type ABC mono-glass solar panel designed for residential rooftop systems. It delivers 23.8% module efficiency in a compact 1757 × 1134 × 30 mm format, combining high power density with AIKO’s distinctive no-front-grid design.
Its N-type ABC cell technology, partial-shading optimisation, improved temperature performance and 21.5 kg module weight make it a practical option where rooftop space, appearance and long-term energy generation are priorities.

AIKO’s ABC cell architecture removes conventional front-side electrical contacts from view, creating a clean surface while increasing the area available for light absorption.
The Neostar 2P also incorporates partial-shading optimisation, micro-crack resistance and high-temperature restriction features to support reliable rooftop performance.
At 1757 × 1134 mm, the Neostar 2P is relatively compact for a 475W panel. This makes it particularly suitable for:
Colorbond and other metal roofs using compatible mounting systems
Concrete and terracotta tiled roofs
Homes with multiple or segmented roof sections
Roofs where higher wattage is required from limited usable area
Visible residential roof areas where a clean, grid-free appearance is preferred
Its shorter 1.76 m module length can provide greater layout flexibility than larger-format 500W+ commercial panels.

Warranty Claim Process
In the unfortunate event that you encounter a faulty product, we want to make the warranty claim process as seamless as possible for you. To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
If damage is confirmed to be from normal wear-and-tear, drops, unauthorized repairs, or other non-warranty factors, service and shipping fees will apply. In such cases, we will contact the customer for approval before proceeding with paid repairs.
Unfortunately we cannot provide loaner units during the warranty repair process. For mission-critical equipment, we highly recommend purchasing backup units to prevent downtime in case of defects.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return:
Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you thoroughly inspect all packages within 7 days of delivery. This inspection period is crucial as it allows you ample time to identify any visible damage caused during transit. Please keep in mind that promptly reporting any freight damage is vital in safeguarding your right to file a claim and ensuring a swift resolution.
Should you identify any freight damage during the inspection, we urge you to notify us immediately. Our customer support team is ready to assist you through the claim filing process and provide the necessary guidance to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
The advertised price for this product includes the applicable STC battery rebate, applied as a pre-discount at the time of purchase.
To be eligible for the battery rebate:
Supply-only purchases are not eligible for the battery rebate.
By proceeding with this purchase, the customer agrees to assign all eligible Small-scale Technology Certificates (STCs) associated with the battery installation to Solar Battery Supermarket (or its nominated agent).
This assignment allows the rebate to be applied as a point-of-sale discount.
If the customer does not agree to assign the STCs, the full non-rebated price of the battery system will apply.
Installation by a licensed and accredited installer is mandatory to qualify for the rebate-adjusted price.
Standard metro installation is available from $500, subject to property assessment.
Additional works (including switchboard upgrades, long cable runs, or non-standard installations) may incur extra charges and will be quoted and approved prior to installation.
